34 total starters from 9 states, Canada, Poland, and Germany. Ultrarunning
once again brought out the best in the participants and volunteers, as
(pending) U.S., N. American, Canadian, Polish, and world records were set.
It was the first year at Greenhill, and I look forward to a long relationship
with the school, as the entire event went off without a hitch. I will file
a complete report with Ultrarunning magazine. To complete one of the most
incredible weekends of my life, I proposed to my girlfriend Kelly, and she
said yes!
