Thank you for your interest in the 2010 Pony Express 50 Mile/50K/30K/10K.
Cameron Park Lake is located 25 miles East of Sacramento via Hwy 50.
Exit Hwy 50 at the Cambridge Rd.
Go to the stop sign and turn left, travel approximately 2 miles.
Cameron Park Lake is on your right at 2989 Cambridge Road.
Park your car in the provided area.
No Entrance pass is needed.

Cameron Park Lake is a water holding facility for the local area.
The trail around the lake is 1.25 miles in length.
50 laps completes the 100K.
40 laps completes 50 miles.
All runners will run clockwise with your race number on your right hip.
All 100K runners will get an official 50 Mile split recorded.

Course Elevation: 1242 feet.

50K consists of 25 laps.
During the 50 mile run, some participants will decide that this is not their day. We will provide a finishers list for runners stopping at the 50K distance.

Consists of 15 laps.

Consists of 5 laps.

Pacers and family may run with a runner after 30 miles.
Race day cutoff is 10 1/2 hours.

Provided every 1.25 miles, well stocked with HEED, water, Coke, chips, cookies, potatoes, Hammergel, E-caps, Clif Bars, candy, P&J's. Restrooms are located 25 feet from the trail.

Will be provided by race management.
We will be using a manual system. If at any time you question your total mileage, please contact Robert or Linda Mathis, we will research it and make a decision.

The Pony Express will have a Post Race Buffet after the event. It will consist of Pasta, Meat Chili, Linda's World Famous Veggie Chili, veggies, green salad, dessert, and more.

Take Hwy 50 East and exit at Cambridge Road. See map

Take Hwy 50 West and exit at Cambridge Road. See map

Take Hwy 80 West bound and exit at Sierra College Blvd.
Cross over the highway and travel on the blvd until it turns into Hazel Ave.
Continue on Hazel Ave until you run into Hwy 50. Take Hwy 50 east. See map
