Course Description: 37 loops of a 2.75 mile absolutely beautiful trail in deep woods. accurately measured at 101.75 miles +/- 0.35 (one standard deviation). even the back runner spends hours running with the front runner, and the course does NOT get boring. The race is tougher than it looks - figure on adding 3 or 4 hours to your usual 100 mile time.
General Info: Entry is by INVITATION ONLY! This is not a "show-up-and-run" race although it is "no fee, no aid, no awards, and no whining". Commercial drinking water is provided. There may be other aid, but no guarantees. Non-entered runners can show up and run in the public park as much as they want, at least during standard park hours, but the race is limited to 20 official runners. USATF Sanctioned.
